Web-guiding system(option)

1. It adopts iron casting structure with stable function, easy operation,
 flexible starting and high accurate.
2. It adopts programmed control system and meter counter.
One working length is setup on the control panel, after got to the setup data,
 the machine will automatically stop and alarm
3. It adopts famous brand frequency inverter to control AC motor with stable function.
4. It adopts pneumatic lifting system for printing cylinder.
After the printing cylinder, the ink rubber roller and
anilox roller will continuously work to avoid ink being stuck on the roller.
5. All the gears are especially surface treated and grinded,
so as to get a low noise, long duration and high accurate for printing.
6.It adopts 350LPI anilox roller ( other lines anilox roller is available) 360 degree continuous adjustment.
7. It adopts hot air blower and cold air blower for fast ink drying simultaneously
8. Each printing unit has a clutch and seperate registration system with easy operation.
9. It adopts EPC for material edge tracking to achieve a good smooth
rewinding.
10. It adopts double position unwinding/rewinding stand to realize non-stop exchange.

Auto-lubricating system

The machine adopts high accurate flatten die-cutting system, main function are all controlled by PLC, precise web-guiding is controlled by photoelectric eyes. Multi-laminating, die-cutting, waste edge rewinding, transverse-cutting(cutting machine is for option) and rewinding can be finished in one process. This machine is suitable for electronic product as well.
